How to take care of feet?
Our feet are the most used and strained parts of the body and often most neglected too. We do not take care and spend time on them as much as on our skin and hair, for which they usually end up cracked, dry and unattractive. Pamper your feet regularly and get those elegant looking shapely soft lotus feet and flash them with pride.
Home Remedies for foot care
- First and foremost in foot care is wearing the rights shoes. Make sure that there is no shoe bite, pinching and soreness. Ideal shoe size needs to be half inch longer than your feet, walking in them before actually buying and feeling comfortable in them is sensible.
- Avoid high and pencil heels, these are harmful for the spine. Use flats and slip- on’s that are comfortable. Emphasize on comfort rather than on the look.
- Avoid socks that block air to the feet like nylons, prefer cottons over nylon. Wear a pair of washed socks every single day.
- Proper cleaning while bathing, massaging and a little flexing and exercise do well for your feet.
- At the end of the day, apply cream and flex the feet from the ankle, press the toes, move them up down, this relaxes the feet and improves circulation.
